Our Privacy Policy explains how we and some of the companies we work with collect, use, share and protect information in relation to our mobile services, web site, and any software provided on or in connection with Space-Bar services (collectively, the “Service”), and your choices about the collection and use of your information. By using our Service you understand and agree that we are providing a platform for you to listen to satellite radio via an authorized streaming SiriusXM radio account that you own through SXM directly.
Our Policy applies to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service (“Users”).
We do not collect any personal information. All information is stored directly on the device and we have no way of accessing this information or removing it ourselves. You have every right to remove this information by deleting our App, Space-Bar from all your devices; doing so will completely remove your SXM username, password and any stored preferences that is used to improve the user experience only. Your information may collected by third party such as SiriusXM where your username and password is sent via HTTPS / SSL.
We only use your personal information to check statistics. We do not collect your username or password. That information is stored directly on the device. If Space-Bar uses our website, all information retrieved such as channel art, album art or lyrics is strictly anonymous. Our website does not keep track of any users that use our backend API or website. Cookies are only used to improve the U/X, user experience of our site.
Removing Space-Bar will remove all personal information from your device. This includes your user id and password if applicable.
We do not knowingly share any personal data. This is very important to us. We do not profit, sell, or retain your user information. We will only check the App's usage that is stored on Apple's development website and this information will always remain on Apple's dev. website and is not to be shared, sold or stolen in any form possible.
Only your progress and high score is stored on the device. No other personal data is stored.
General age limitation. Space-Bar does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone. To remove your personal information from Space-Bar, simply remove Space-Bar from your iOS device. The only information stored is username, password and this information is automatically removed when you delete the app. This info is only stored on your device and is only used to log into SiriusXM only. We have not control what SXM does with this information.
Third party sites that you access from our site may store your personal information and we cannot control this type of collection. Please contact those sites if you which to have your personal information removed. This includes and is not limited to SiriusXM, Twitter, LinkedIn, Github, ByDaWay or other third party websites.

We may provide you additional forms of notice of modifications or updates as appropriate under the circumstances. Your continued use of Space-Bar or the Service after any modification to this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such modification.
